Cosmopak has introduced a new twist pen with shut-off valve, which, it says, provides absolute 100% airtight sealing—no leaking, quick priming and a constant accurate dosage. Cosmopak says since twist/click pens emerged as a packaging category, the market has been dominated by products for lips. The RF10 series opens the category up to any volatile formula or low viscosity bulks. The shut-off valve makes it possible to use this system on the eyes; the pen is best suited for liquid eyeliners and liquid eye shadows. The elongated design of the RF10 series replicates the feel of a brush, but with the added feature of a product inside (2.5ml capacity).
